Josh is a seasoned communications and business development professional with over fifteen years of experience devoted to sales, operations, and the establishment of tools, systems, and corporate infrastructure. As the Chief Operating Officer, he supervises the punctual and consistent delivery of services, products, and solutions for Storyboard’s team members, partners, and clients.

 

Originally from Montreal, Josh relocated to Toronto in 2011 to join Miller & Bean Coffee Company as the Director of Account Management. Over the span of seven years, he effectively led internal account management and business development functions, simultaneously taking on responsibilities concerning day-to-day operations and client care, thus enhancing overall organizational efficiency.

 

Josh is intrinsically motivated to build connections at every level, fostering brand loyalty through personal engagement and attentive service. This drives his commitment to helping both Storyboard and its clients uncover their unique voices, communicate authentic narratives, and adapt effectively to external influences and market dynamics.

 

Josh pursued studies in Business at Concordia University and Music Theory at the McGill University Faculty of Music (now the Schulich School of Music of McGill University). Fluent in conversational French, he also supervises the company’s bilingual initiatives.
